London, Ontario – Companies in Canada and around the world are dealing with unprecedented economic conditions. Boosting entrepreneurial talent is critical for our country’s success.
To learn how to take their companies to the next level, successful entrepreneurs from across Canada just finished taking an intensive course at the Ivey Business School in London, Ontario.
EDI Environmental Dynamics Inc. (EDI) is pleased to announce that Bob Redden, EDI’s CEO completed the QuantumShift program last week. QuantumShift is a unique leadership development program and network sponsored by Ivey, KPMG Enterprise, TD Commercial Banking and the Globe & Mail.
QuantumShift is designed to help Canadian business owners accelerate their companies. It’s for entrepreneurs who are ready to innovate. The program focuses on how to lead an enterprise through exponential growth; how to attract and retain the best employees; how to uncover obstacles that may be limiting growth; how to value a venture and use strategies for moving from business plan to financial proposition; and how to build a strong network of entrepreneurial peers to share best-practices.
Bob said, “I was humbled and honored to be asked to participate in this prestigious program. I know we have an amazingly talented, collaborative, and dynamic team already, and I am hoping to use the skills I learned and refined through the program to help EDI continue to shine. EDI has had a successful two decades providing valued environmental services and I am really excited about our team’s bright future ahead.”
EDI is a well-respected environmental firm that has been providing environmental services to the industrial sector; municipal, regional, provincial, and federal governments; and Indigenous communities over the past 24 years.
