  • EDI supports the career aspirations of employees. Supervisors work with their team members via evolving professional development plans, supporting growth and training. Many of EDI’s current leaders started at EDI on a technical level and have worked their way into leadership roles. EDI also covers fees for professional memberships and relevant training.

  • EDI is a 100% Canadian employee owned, and over half of our employees have a stake in the company. Permanent team members, who have spent over 6 months with EDI, are offered shares on an annual basis.   • One of the ways EDI supports active lifestyles is by having an annual activity challenge in May where teams and individuals compete for prizes. Community and Social Responsibility:
  • EDI supports many local events and EDI staff are dedicated and prominent members of the communities we work and live in.
