EDI was retained by TMAC Resources to complete a screening assessment for a wind project at their Hope Bay Property. The Hope Bay mine is located approximately 150 km southwest of Cambridge Bay, Nunavut. The goal of the wind project involved having the Doris, Boston and Madrid deposits move away from using diesel generators with the installation of six wind turbines to offset the fuel. In addition to the screening assessment, EDI also conducted standwatch surveys of birds using the airspace.
