Metro Vancouver Parks, 2010 – 2011
This study involved a comprehensive assessment of wildlife (animals and plants) and related issues such as Fraser River erosion, human disturbance, etc. for the Matsqui Trail and the Metro Vancouver-owned property on the adjacent Sumas Mountain in Abbotsford, BC. The information produced was used for park planning purposes as well as contributing to a Sensitive Ecosystem Inventory (SEI) mapping project for the region that will contribute to a pilot habitat sensitivity zoning map.
