EDI provided numerous environmental services for FortisBC’s Eagle Mountain – Woodfibre Gas Pipeline Project over the course of several years. Services included conducting Riparian Areas Regulations assessments along the proposed Project’s right-of-way for three different project components: the Squamish Estuary Geotechnical Program, the Estuary Horizontal Directional Drilling crossing, and the associated Compressor Stations. EDI conducted spotted owl surveys and spotted owl habitat ratings along Monmouth Ridge in Howe Sound, and provided planning, permitting and environmental monitoring services during the geotechnical and geophysical programs.
