• Leading, designing, and overseeing groundwater drilling and hydrogeological field programs, including borehole logging, monitoring-well installations, aquifer testing (slug and packer testing), and well development
• Directing and interpreting hydrogeologic analyses, including aquifer test results, water quality, groundwater–surface-water interactions, and conceptual model development
• Providing senior technical review and guidance for hydrogeology assessments, aquifer characterization, and baseline hydrogeology studies
• Managing and interpreting aqueous-geochemistry and groundwater-quality data, including temporal trend and geochemical evolution analyses. Water quality analysis may include surface water quality projects
• Providing guidance, training and direction to junior and intermediate team members to support successful completion of projects and development of the group
• Preparing high quality technical reports, and supporting regulatory approval and permitting applications, and serve as senior reviewer or lead author. Mentor and train junior and intermediate staff in hydrogeologic field methods, data analysis, and professional development
• Contributing to business development, proposal writing, and scoping for new opportunities in the mining, infrastructure, and resource sectors
• Participating proactively in EDI’s health and safety program
