FortisBC - Tilbury LNG Plant

Fortis BC is planning to expand their Tilbury 2 Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) plant onto a neighboring property in the City of Delta. This property, while zoned “Special Industrial” is currently being used for agricultural purposes. The proposed scope of work includes, review Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) and any other relevant documentation, such as permits, safety procedures and protocols from Fortis BC, provide on-site environmental monitoring during two phases of the Project, and produce an environmental monitoring report that summarizes daily construction activities, environmental concerns and any environmental incidents.
